Arcadia is the latest retailer to sign up to a unit at Lend Lease's Overgate Shopping Centre in Dundee.
According to Property Week, the firm - which owns the Topshop and Topman brands - has agreed a ten-year lease on a two-storey
commercial property at the site.
The 13,400 sq ft shop will begin trading in the summer and comprise of Topshop on the ground floor and Topman on the first.
"Against a backdrop of one of the toughest markets we have seen, Overgate has enjoyed its highest level of sales since opening in 2000," head of leasing for Lend Lease Retail Guy Thomas was quoted by the news source as saying.
He added that the company is looking forward to working with Arcadia at the 420,000 sq ft centre, which is also home to River Island, New Look and Next, among others.
Lend Lease is also responsible for Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent, as well as
business property such as Media City: UK in Manchester and the BBC's Scotland headquarters.
