Savills has been appointed to oversee the sale of the
commercial property portfolio formerly owned by Kenmore Capital and Kenmore Capital 2.
Grant Thornton has chosen the real estate firm to bring the range of business properties to market and attract sales.
Grant Thornton was appointed as administrator to the firms in late 2009 and Rob Caven of the business services company said there has been "considerable market interest" in the properties that are available.
"Enquiries we have received range from those expressing interest in the whole portfolio to those expressing interest in individual properties," he added.
Among the sites up for sale is a mixture of retail, industrial and office sites, as well as new developments.
Last week, Savills client Threadneedle Property Investments secured three new tenants at its 85 Newman Street office development in west London.
Warc, Phil McIntyre Entertainments and Pleasurerealm have all taken space in the building.
