A large
commercial property in Cardiff Bay will be occupied by KPMG, after the firm signed a lease this week.
Situated at Britannia Quay, some 9,500 sq ft of the building will be taken on by the company, which provides professional services such as audit, advisory and tax.
"This move highlights our commitment both to the Welsh marketplace, where we work with some of its most exciting and dynamic businesses," said senior partner at the firm's Cardiff office Simon Jones.
He added the move will allow the Cardiff team to have "the best base" to work from.
Running for 15 years, the
business property lease is set to begin in August at 3 Assembly Square.
Earlier this week, KPMG announced it was looking for a new commercial property in the north of England.
Reports stated it is seeking 100,000 sq ft of office space in Manchester, with agents Knight Frank appointed to find the ideal spot.
