A range of business properties will be created at a site in Brentford, which has been derelict for more than two decades.
Carlton Properties was granted planning permission to create two hotels, an office building and housing on the land.
Costing £100 million, the regeneration scheme will take place in the town, at a site formerly used by manufacturers Alfa Laval.
John Assael is the managing director of Assael Architecture, which secured planning permission for the project and has experience in dealing with refurbishment and new-build developments.
He said the site is a difficult one, adding: "Having secured consent, a strategic and derelict site can be brought back into use and the challenging transformation of this pivotal part of Brentford can get underway."
Each hotel to be created in the
commercial property build will have more than 150 beds and there will also be an area assigned to community use.
