Business properties and community facilities are among plans to renovate Hammersmith town centre, it has been revealed.
Members of the public are currently encouraged to view the proposals, put forward by King Street Developments (KSD) and the local authority.
A range of
commercial properties will be created during the development, which will also contain a community supermarket measuring 2,000 sq m.
The plans were revealed after three years of consultations concerning the area's future.
Demolition work will occur to make way for the new business properties and a 1960s extension to the Hammersmith Town Hall will be knocked down, developers revealed.
After the public consultation process, a planning application to the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is to be put forward.
"The overall vision is to create a new focal point for Hammersmith town centre, drawing people down King Street and reinstating the link between Hammersmith and the river," KSD noted.
