Some 42
commercial properties will be opened by retailer Spar, in an agreement with Bourne Leisure Group.
The group owns leisure resorts such as Butlins and Haven Holiday Parks, as well as Warner Hotels.
In a five-year contract worth £150 million, Spar-branded stores will be introduced at sites owned by the group across the country.
Business properties will appear at all of England's Haven Holiday Parks and products to be sold include fresh produce and groceries.
There will be an own-label range from Spar on offer in all stores situated in Bourne Leisure sites and local account managers will be available in each outlet to train the teams on aspects of running the commercial properties.
Operations director at Bourne Leisure Group Mark Harper said: "The Spar branding in our stores will help reinforce the retail proposition we are offering."
He added the company, which has 35 years experience in the industry, is "delighted" with the partnership.
