Business properties will be created in Warwick, after developer Opus Land was granted planning permission.
Some 260,000 sq ft of
commercial property space will be built, the Birmingham Post reported.
Opus Land previously announced it would be selling a plot on the site of the new offices, with 1.6 acres available.
A hotel containing more than 120 bedrooms will be constructed on the Warwick site, after Whitbread bought the land for more than £2 million.
The new
business property development will be situated at the Opus 40 business park, the publication stated.
Managing director Richard Smith was quoted as saying: "The master plan for the new space includes four separate buildings ranging from 30,000 sq ft to 80,000 sq ft in size."
And "a raft of green measures" will be included in the design, he added.
The company was launched in 1999 and Opus Land Companies states its portfolio of properties exceeds 3,500,000 sq ft.
