Individuals looking for a
business property to launch their new
commercial venture may find now is the ideal time to do so.
According to Damian Reece, head of business at the Telegraph Media Group, the current economic climate could be the "best time" to set up an organisation, providing the right ideas are in place.
He said: "There are always gaps in the market. The question of timing is crucial and although all the economic news is pretty grim at the moment on the whole, it is getting slightly better."
And some smaller firms may have already secured
commercial properties, as Darren Hopper, head of marketing for small and medium business at Orange, said a number of companies have recently started up.
The comments follow a study from PayPoint.net, which found 64% of office workers in the UK think running their own business would provide more fulfilment than their current employment.
