A new
commercial property in Cardiff will provide the headquarters for Admiral and could bring more than 1,000 jobs to the area.
It will not be completed for a number of years, but the skyscraper - developed by property specialists Stoford - is expected to make a significant impact on the city, the South Wales Echo reports.
Head of facilities for Admiral Group Huw Llewellyn said: "We started the process of looking for a new headquarters two years ago … The Stoford development offers not only an excellent building and great location but also an attractive financial deal."
And Steve Spencer, associate director at Glenn Howells Architects, promised the
business property's flexible design will also fulfil a range of environmental criteria.
It is set to be complete by 2014 and 1,300 extra staff may be employed in the move, the publication suggested.
Stoford - based in Birmingham - was established in 1997 and states it has a wide range of property developments for businesses.
