Those looking for a unique investment property opportunity may consider entering in a bid to take over the London Olympic Stadium.
It today (August 18th) emerged those interested on taking on the site once the 2012 Games are completed have until the end of September to send their plans.
The Olympic Park Legacy Company explains it has already received more than 100 expressions of interest.
Chairwoman Margaret Ford said: "I am delighted that organisations with a serious interest all want a mixed usage."
This works well with the company's vision to allow the building to serve community and sport uses in the future, she added.
Those firms that have already expressed their interest all supported the idea of a stadium that had potential for
commercial, health or educational uses in the undercroft, the Olympic Park Legacy Company concluded.
It has worked on a Legacy Masterplan Framework that maps out the long-term development of the site once the Games have ended.
