Lancashire firms searching for new
commercial property space now have the option of moving into offices that can be ready for use within 24 hours.
The Lancashire Telegraph reports property company Hurstwood has opened eight new sites at its Hurstwood House development in Rawtenstall, which are aimed at small enterprises.
Broadband and phone connections are already installed and sales and lettings director for the Bolton-based firm Mark Carling told the news source the business properties "are in a prime location" just off the M66 bypass, giving good road links to the motorway network.
"This is a really good opportunity for small businesses to rent a modern office, quickly, without any fuss, and for as long as they want," he added.
Demand for the properties may be strong as Damian Reece, head of business for the Telegraph Media Group, recently noted conditions for setting up a new commercial venture are getting better.
