Property development plans and a car park regeneration project in Cheltenham have been unveiled for local residents to consider.

business property owners may be pleased with the venture, as The Citizen explains many planning bosses and organisations in the town are impressed by the ideas.
North Place and Portland Street car parks will be revamped as part of the Civic Pride regeneration project launched in 2008.
It could see offices, a library and headquarters constructed for the local council's use.
Graham Garbutt, chairman of the Cheltenham Development Task Force, was quoted by the publication as saying: "We need to test the market – including developers and investors – so that we can stimulate new ideas and opportunities that will be of benefit to Cheltenham in the long term."
Cheltenham - a spa town - is known for its historic architecture and picturesque setting and is located in Gloucestershire, on the edge of the Cotswolds.
