Those with investment properties in UK's capital city should see benefits from the London Olympics.
This is according to Jacqueline French, spokeswoman for Visit London, who stated hotels in particular are to see advantages of the Games.
Her comments follow reports of comments from Travelodge boss Grant Hearn, who is said to have called the Olympics 2012 marketing efforts to engage visitors "pathetic."
Ms French said business travellers have been targeted in order to attract them to conferences in 2010 - something which may benefit
business property owners and property developers.
"From a leisure point of view London is in a great position because people can actually already go to a lot of the venues that will be used in 2012," she added.
Entrepreneurs may wish to search for a
commercial property in the capital in order to make the most of the upcoming sporting event and the publicity that surrounds it.
