Plans submitted for Prestons £700 million Tithebarn scheme

An outline planning application has been submitted to Preston City Council for the £700 million regeneration of the city's Tithebarn area.

John Lewis and M&S will anchor the scheme.

Richard Coppell from the Preston Tithebarn Partnership, a joint venture between Grosvenor and Lend Lease, said: "Following an extensive period of consultation with the local residents, businesses and community representatives in Preston, the results have indicated that our proposal for Preston Tithebarn is a much-needed and much-desired development in the city."
