Henderson & Morley sell Cambridge Retail Park for £90million

Henderson and Morley have sold Cambridge Retail Park to Deka Immobilien  for €114m (£90.2m).

The 215,000 sq ft retail park, located at the north eastern edge of Cambridge, is fully rented to 14 companies including Homebase, Curry’s, Sports World and Boots. The local catchment area is around 300,000 people.

Deka Immobilien is part of DekaBank, the largest provider of openended property funds in Germany. This deal aids the further expansion of Deka-Immobilien Europa’s retail portfolio.
