General Comments The total site which extends to 0.74 hectares (1.82 acres or thereby) forms part of Morrison's Academy. The area has been declared surplus to requirements.

There are a variety of buildings presently on site, including Knockearn which comprises a detached two storey former boarding house of traditional stone and slate construction.
