LEASE TERMS
The Units are available by way of leases for periods of not less than three years, on full repairing and insuring terms. Rent reviews are operable every three years.

PLANNING
All interested parties should make their own enquires of the local planning authority to check if their intended use conforms with the existing planning consent.

SERVICE CHARGE & INSURANCE
A service charge is levied to cover such items as refuse collection, gardening, security lighting and management. The current annual deposit is 60p per sq. ft..
