LEASE TERMS
Office Suites will be available on leases for terms for 3 years or longer by agreement on INTERNAL repairing and insuring terms. A shorter lease term may be available at an increased rent. The landlord can offer a menu of rents in compliance with the Code of Practice for Commercial Leases in England & Wales. It is proposed that should existing tenants wish to move within the building to larger offices on a new 3 year lease, the landlord will take a surrender of their existing lease, subject to all covenants having been complied with. This will help tenants avoid the double overhead of rent, etc.

RENT
The annual exclusive rent per square foot is £10.50. This is payable quarterly in advance by bank standing order.

RENT DEPOSIT

SERVICE CHARGE
